Review corporate insurance policies for adequate and appropriate coverage

Review current business agreements with customers and/or suppliers; suggest changes when appropriate
Assist with contract and pricing negotiations with customers and suppliers
Create prototype business agreements for review and final edit by lawyers
Review and negotiate facilities lease
Recommend use of copyright, trademark, and patent application when appropriate
