Priscilla Chura has over 25 years of professional, corporate experience working for small, world-class companies, including 2 high-tech start-ups, in the areas of finance, accounting, administration and operations. The revenue of these companies ranged from $0 at start-up to $25 million.
While working in corporate, Chura has been directly responsible for all aspects of financial and accounting management, treasury, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, financial system improvements, financial controls and oversight. She has successfully implemented numerous accounting and financial software applications and has been the company liaison with outside CPA firms, lawyers, lenders, and insurance companies regarding all financial and administrative matters.
Since founding Small Biz CFO in 2004, she has provided CFO/Controller services to numerous clients in service, retail, and distribution businesses on the South Shore and Greater Boston area. Chura has also worked with several New York clients.
